Installation problems?
Occasionally, users will be prompted with the following warning when attempting to download and install our software:

Like many software developers, we do not digitally sign our software due to the cost involved. While we assure our users that all of our software is perfectly safe to install on any machine, occasionally Windows or Internet Explorer will prevent the download and installation due to a lack of this signature.
To work around this problem, open Internet Explorer and select Tools, Internet Options, Advanced. Temporarily check "Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid". Temporarily uncheck "Check for signatures on downloaded programs". Once you have succcessfully dowloaded our software, be sure to reset these checkboxes to protect yourself from any future fraudulent software sites.
Please refer to the "Problems with installation?" link that is located on your download page. It contains an alternate game file, should you require it.

If you encounter an anomaly in one of our games, we'd like to hear about it. A picture is worth 1000 words, so please send along a screenshot of what is happening. To capture a screenshot:
PC:
Press the PrtSc button on your keyboard. Open Paint and press CTRL-V to paste the image. Then save, and attach in an email.
MAC:
Hold down the COMMAND and SHIFT keys. Press 3. An image will be placed on your desktop. Attach in an email.
